In-Home Rapid Testing Visit
$350Know what you have, fast. COVID, flu, strep and RSV rapid tests at home, with a clinical evaluation and next steps.
Convenient testing performed in your home for common respiratory and infectious illnesses. Available testing includes COVID-19 rapid antigen testing, rapid influenza testing, rapid strep testing and rapid RSV testing. Clinical evaluation and appropriate follow-up recommendations are provided based on your symptoms and test results.
Injection & Medication Assistance
$350Nervous about your IVF or weight-loss injections? Get them done right, with a nurse practitioner by your side.
Professional in-home assistance for patients who need help administering prescribed injectable medications, including IVF medications, weight-management injections, and other prescribed injectable medications. Includes medication review, injection education, administration assistance, and technique guidance as appropriate.
Private In-Home Nursing
