As a young woman, I worked as a fashion model, where I developed an early appreciation for beauty, facial balance, photography, and the subtle details that shape how we see ourselves. Although my career ultimately led me into medicine, that early interest in aesthetics never left me.
I began my healthcare career as a New York City paramedic, spending 25 years working throughout Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. I later became a critical care nurse and worked in Interventional Cardiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia, caring for patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures.
When aesthetic medicine began to emerge, it felt like the perfect connection between two worlds that had always been important to me—medicine and aesthetics. I became certified in advanced dermal fillers and neurotoxins and have been practicing aesthetic medicine for the past 15 years.
Becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner brought all of those experiences together. Today, my approach combines clinical knowledge and patient safety with an eye for facial balance and natural beauty. I believe aesthetic treatments should enhance what is already there, never change what makes you uniquely you.
